Hi, I’m Abbey.

My first week at my first post-grad job, I interviewed the Jonas Brothers. Cool! But, like, I didn’t know how to interview a celebrity. So also, scary! But I did it (and they were nice), and the next time I had an A-list interview on my calendar, I wasn’t as scared.

Over the next decade (plus) of working in digital media, saying “yes” to new challenges and learning while doing would become hallmarks of my career.

Most recently, I worked as editor-in-chief at Well+Good, a health- and wellness-focused brand that reaches over 20 million people across its platforms each month. In my six years at Well+Good, I had the privilege of exploring the ways culture, politics, and your environment impact your well-being, and I was able to learn the power of service journalism. (Creating content that helps people is super fulfilling—go figure.)
